Mr. Mudashiru Adeleke Shittu is a versatile and seasoned corporate executive with over twenty-three years of professional banking experience most of which was at the top management level. He started his banking career as a Financial Analyst with International Merchant Bank Plc in 1987 before joining Rims Merchant Bank Limited in 1992 where he rose to the position of Head of Treasury.

A pioneer member of the management staff of Consolidated Discounts Limited when the company started operations in 1996, he worked in various capacities as Head of Settlements, Financial Controller, Head Business Support Group, Deputy General Manager Operations and General Manager/Chief Operating Officer before his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2010.

Mr. Shittu is a member of the International Who’s Who of Professionals, an alumnus of Ashbridge Business School, United Kingdom. He graduated in Accounting in 1985 from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and holds an MBA in Finance from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration.

Leke is vastly exposed to local and international general management and leadership training programs. He is married and blessed with children.

Bade Adeshina
Managing Director/Chief Executive

Mr. ‘Bade Adeshina is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CDL Asset Management Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Consolidated Discounts Limited.

Until his appointment, Adeshina was a General Manager at Access Bank Plc.

‘Bade Adeshina is a distinguished investment and commercial banker, and administrator of repute.

He started his career at the University of Lagos. He has financial and management services experience in both commercial and merchant banking, spanning over 24 years, having worked with various institutions, including Afribank Nigeria Plc, Afribank International Bank Limited, Marina International Bank and Access Bank Plc (where he left as a General Manager).

He has diverse knowledge in corporate finance, strategic planning and development, branch operations, leasing and project finance, marketing and relationship management, credit risk management, assets and liability management, money market/treasury activities, and capital market activities.

He is a graduate of both Universities of Lagos and Ibadan where he obtained B.Sc Finance and M.Sc Finance degrees as well as diploma in Information Science/Systems. A scholar, Adeshina has about 35 publications to his credit, covering banking and economic issues.

A widely travelled man, Mr. Adeshina has attended over 50 courses and workshops both locally and internationally.

He is an active member of Money Market Association, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has served, and is currently serving in various committees and sub-committees of these professional bodies. He is also a non-executive director with Premium Pension Limited.

Adeshina is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Ikoyi Club 1938, and he is listed in "Who is Who in Banking" in the United States of America.

A.O. Salami
Director


A graduate of the University of Lagos, Mr. Salami brings his wealth of experience as a seasoned banker, Accountant and Systems specialist to lead the Information technology team at CDL. Until his present appointment he was Head of the Computer Department at African International Bank (AIB) having previously served in senior capacities at UBA Computer Systems Division. 'Leke has benefited from various systems related courses in Nigeria, Ghana, the United States, Canada and United Kingdom where he had a one-year stint at the IBM International Centre, Surrey, England.

Larai M. Claud-Ennin
Director


A qualified lawyer and a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Mrs. Claud-Ennin was called to the bar in 1983.

After a stint as Legal Counsel in a provate Law firm, she joined the services of First Interstate Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited (FIMB) for a period of seven years. Prior to her appointment as Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Corporate Services at CDL, Larai was Acting Company Secretary at FIMB as well as the Pioneer Company Secretary to many Subsidiaries of FIMB including Banque Internationale Du Benin.

Mrs. Claud-Ennin heads the Legal Secretatiat and Corporate Services Department including Personnel & Administration of Consolidated Discounts Limited. She has attended several local and International professional courses and seminars.

Kehinde Durosinmi-Etti

Kehinde Durosinmi-Etti is presently the Deputy Managing Director of Skye Bank Plc. This appointment was based on his track records as a former Managing Director/Chief Executive of Eko International Bank. He contributed greatly to the re-engineering and repositioning of the Bank. Mr. Durosinmi-Etti, who has been variously described as a turnaround expert, a paradigm of professionalism and an astute banker holds a first degree in Economics from the University of lbadan is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) United Kingdom. He started his banking career at the Nigerian-American Merchant Bank Limited (an Affiliate of Bank of Boston) in 1987 where he was Head of Accounts/Computer and later Internal Control.

Tayo Adeola
Director


A versatile and well – exposed Fund Manager, Mrs. Tayo Adeola has over fourteen years experience in the banking industry with cognate experience in Credit, Marketing, Treasury Management and Securities trading. She has undergone various courses and training both locally and abroad in Discount House operations; Asset – liability Management; Funds and Asset Management; Senior Management Programme and Advanced Leadership Training etc.

Tayo currently serves on the Management Committee of the Financial Market Dealers Association of Nigeria.
